30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

How to Request a Return

Email rahmiozdemir@hotmail.com with: order number, items to return, reason, and photos (if defective). We respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns (changed mind): customer pays return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: FanHop covers return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
